Having one of our engineers visit you at home is often the fastest way to resolve bigger issues. Our engineers are available between 8am and 8pm and will happily fit around your schedules.

Having an SW11@Home visit can be highly convenient and our engineers are only too happy to show you what they are doing and offer you training to make things easier for you.

SW11 Drop Off

£60 per hour with a minimum of £30 for 30 minutes.

Work during the day but need your PC fixed? Tailored for people with non urgent PC problems or busy lifestyles. Why not arrange to drop your PC off to us and let us fix it whilst you work.

It’s cheaper than having an engineer onsite and means you don’t have to sit through lengthy re-installs and such.

We will keep you informed of your progress throughout the day via email, text messages or phone calls and allow you to set a price limit so that costs don’t grow without your knowledge.

SW11 Remote

£60 per hour with a minimum of £15 for 15 minutes.

Using the latest in remote control software we can sometimes use your internet connection to remote control your PC. This can be an excellent way to iron out the smaller issues that don’t require someone to visit you at home.
